Order Production Time

Production time is approximately 2–4 weeks from the order date.

Before production begins, we provide multiple mockups and revisions to ensure you are completely satisfied with the design.

Please note that additional revisions may extend the 2–4 week production timeframe.

Custom Order Policy

All custom pieces are final sale.

No refunds. No returns.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

No refunds or exchanges unless the items received was defective or damaged. If you need to return or exchange an item that was defective and/or damaged, let us know via email. We deal with returns on a per item basis.

No returns or exchanges after 7 days. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Strictly no returns or exchanges for worn or washed items.  

Any return and/or exchange sent in after the allotted time will not be issued a refund and the items will not be sent back. We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.

We DO NOT assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of packages lost/stolen in transit.
