WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Shipping timelines vary depending on drop and item. For the most up-to-date shipping information, please visit our Shipping Status section. A shipping timeline estimate for any particular item is also made available on that item’s product page. Please also note that if you have ordered multiple items from a single drop, your package will ship only when all items in the order are prepared for shipment. You will receive tracking information via email at the time of shipment.

 

CAN I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURN/EXCHANGE unless items received was damaged.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All sales are final, and customers are notified of this policy prior to checkout. However, depending on available stock, we may be able to adjust the size of an item after an order is placed. To make a request for a size adjustment, please email info@oldschoolrookie.com

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN A DROP IS COMING?

Drops are announced via Instagram. We recommend following OldschoolRookie and turning on post notifications to best stay on top of future drops. You can also join our mailing list, which will inform you in the moment that a drop has gone live.

 

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH I’LL HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS?

Each country has its own customs regulations and policies that determine the fees and duties imposed on imported goods. All customers outside of the United States are responsible for the customs fees/duties that may be charged by their country. We advise looking up your country’s policies before purchasing so you are aware of any potential fees.
